Roof Repair

Fast, lasting fixes for leaks, missing shingles and flashing failures - before small problems get expensive.

A small leak or a few missing shingles can turn into rotted decking and interior damage fast. We track down the real source of the problem - often flashing, valleys or worn boots rather than the obvious spot - and fix it right the first time.

We're straight with you about whether a repair makes sense or whether you're better off planning a replacement. No upselling, just an honest look and a clear quote.

Roof Repair

Common roof repair questions

Can you fix a leak without replacing the whole roof?

Usually, yes. Most leaks trace back to a specific failure — flashing around a chimney, a cracked pipe boot, a wind-damaged section, or a worn valley — and a targeted repair solves it. If the shingles around the problem are too far gone to repair honestly, we will show you why and let you decide.

How fast can you get to an active leak?

Active leaks come first in our schedule. In most cases we can get eyes on it within a day or two, and if the roof needs immediate protection we tarp it properly — fastened and weighted, not just draped — so no more water gets in while the repair is planned.

Why is my ceiling stained if there is no obvious roof damage?

Water travels. A stain rarely sits directly under the entry point — it runs along rafters and decking before it shows. Common hidden causes are nail pops, failed pipe boots, ice-dam backup at the eaves, and flashing gaps. We trace it from inside the attic and on the roof before quoting anything.

Is it worth repairing an older roof?

It depends what the repair buys you. A $400 fix that gets a 17-year-old roof to year 22 is usually smart money. Repeated repairs on a roof that is failing everywhere are not, and we will tell you when you have crossed that line rather than selling you a patch every spring.
