Full Roof Replacement

This Delmont home had a 25-year-old roof with curling shingles, worn flashing and a couple of slow leaks that were starting to show in the attic. We tore everything off down to the deck, replaced a few sections of rotted sheathing, and rebuilt the whole system with synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, and architectural shingles rated for our weather.

The crew wrapped the job in two days, kept the landscaping covered throughout, and swept the yard with magnets before pulling out. The homeowners ended up with a tighter, better-vented roof - and a warranty that resets the clock for decades.
